The safety of our tenants and properties is paramount. Rest assured, we conduct all necessary safety checks, including gas, electrics, water, smoke and carbon monoxide inspections, to guarantee a secure living environment.
Step 4
Tenancy agreements and deposits
We’ll take care of drafting your tenancy agreement. Once signed by both parties, we’ll collect the first month’s rent and deposit. Your funds are protected through the recognised Client Money Protection and Tenant Deposit Scheme, providing you with added peace of mind.
Step 5
Moving in
