Step 1
Property valuation
We kick things off with a thorough property valuation, outlining expected rental returns and yields for letting your property. We want to understand your needs and preferences and we’ll then recommend the best service for you. This consultation is completely free of charge.

Getting started
Once we’ve agreed on the best package and the paperwork is sorted, we’re ready to dive into the letting process with you. If you’re a first-time landlord, don’t worry – the whole process of using us as your letting agent will be fully explained.
Step 3
Strategic marketing
We put together a compelling listing for your property, complete with professional photos, floor plans and virtual tours to showcase it in its best light. Once you give us the green light, we spread the word and start to market your property.
Step 4
Broad exposure
Your property will be advertised on our website, Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation as well as across social media channels. We have the largest social media reach of all local agents, and we’ll also reach out to our network of registered tenants to ensure maximum visibility.

Tenant selection
We carefully vet potential tenants, using advanced tools and recognised referencing software to ensure they’re the right fit for your property.
Step 6
Compliance and documentation
We take care of all the legal paperwork, making sure everything is in order and compliant with regulations. All legal checks are carried out such as Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Safety Checks, EPC, Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms and many more.
Step 7
Financial matters
Once the tenancy agreement is signed and payments are made, we handle the deposit protection through accredited schemes like the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
Step 8
Ongoing management
Depending on your preference and if you have chosen our Fully Managed service we can handle day-to-day management tasks like rent collection, reporting and maintenance to ensure a smooth experience for you and your tenants.
