As a prospective tenant, you’ll undergo referencing and legal checks, including the essential Right to Rent verification. We streamline this process with professional reference tools, guiding you through each step to ensure clarity and ease.
Step 3
Prioritising safety
The safety of our tenants and properties is paramount. Rest assured, we conduct all necessary safety checks, including gas, electrics, water, smoke and carbon monoxide inspections, to guarantee a secure living environment.
Step 4
Tenancy agreements and deposits
We’ll take care of drafting your tenancy agreement. Once signed by both parties, we’ll collect the first month’s rent and deposit. Your funds are protected through the recognised Client Money Protection and Tenant Deposit Scheme, providing you with added peace of mind.
Step 5
Moving in
With all paperwork finalised and deposits secured, it’s time to grab the keys and settle into your new abode. Remember, we’re always just a call away, ready to assist you throughout your tenancy journey. We look forward to welcoming you to your new home.
