Our story
Gaining the know-how, connections and expertise of the property industry, they incorporated Hilton & Horsfall in 2007 – a dynamic and modern agency with ambition to bring a high quality brand to the area.
The business started from a kitchen table at home, with a diary, a computer, two phones and an opportunity to manage a 350-unit strong portfolio of properties. The sales market collapsed in 2008, but the business had by now firm foundations in the lettings market and continued to flourish.
In 2009, they opened their first prominent high street office in Barrowford and invested in the latest technology and marketing to become the pro-active, contemporary agency we are today.
They never rest on their laurels and always look to the next thing. With a keen eye for identifying new trends, they were early adopters of Facebook right from the start – back in 2008 when Facebook was only 4 years old – seeing it as a force to be reckoned with to showcase property listings.
It worked a treat, and the agency today has almost 23,000 followers who view, share and engage with the brand and properties. Their second high street office opened in Clitheroe in 2021, helping sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants in Burnley, Pendle the Ribble Valley and surrounding areas.
Hilton & Horsfall sell a variety of properties across all price bands. Through Hilton & Horsfall Prestige they offer highly targeted, tailored solutions for home-owners and landlords of exclusive, premium homes.
